| Responsibilities: |
- Perform highly responsible, advanced and sophisticated administrative duties
- Set up and maintain systems; log and update all information for the HR Department ; maintain department workflow and deliverable schedules
- Proof, format, compose and type various documents and internal reports
- Provide coordination and maintenance, as needed, of calendars, files, and records
- May be involved with highly confidential and strategic work. Plans and carries out assigned administrative functions and communicates the instructions or desires to individuals, department, etc.
- Coordinate and organize group meetings
- Ability to interact comfortably and professionally at all levels of the organization
- Frequent and substantive contact with management, external business partners and vendors.
- Responds to routine telephone inquiries and correspondence not requiring management attention.

| Qualifications: |
• BA/BS required (English or Human Resources management degree preferred) • Minimum 1-2 years administrative experience required; human resources experience preferred • Excellent judgment and strong problem solving/analytical skills; high work ethic • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and facilitation skills • Stellar written and verbal communication skills • Excellent editing and proofreading skills • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to multi task and handle diverse activities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook • Knowledge of business and office practices and protocols required
